Sliding doors lead to a large back deck with outdoor seating and a built-in gas grill. A wonderful space for your morning coffee, a bestseller, or a glass of wine in the evening.
The second bedroom is located on the third floor with a king-size bed with two adjoining sleeping areas with a daybed and a sofa that can convert to a full bed, a flat-screen TV and a large bath with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Also located on the third floor is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bath with shower.
On the lower level is a bonus playroom with a wet bar, couch, flat-screen TV and full bathroom with shower. More entertainment equipment will be added before the 2026 summer season. There is also direct access to the backyard with an outdoor shower.
