The space
The modern design and smart layout make this fully remodeled home feel stylish, spacious, and inviting. The full kitchen opens up to the living and dining space, and both the front and back patio areas provide outside areas for morning coffee with a view or a relaxing dinner at sunset. Sitting on a 1/2 acre of quiet hill country land, the property allows for privacy and plenty of outdoor fun. The yard has tree swings, hammocks, a play set, a basketball hoop, bbq grill, and a hot tub, plus there are extra chairs and backyard games provided. You can extend the fun after dark indoors with old-school Nintendo, karaoke, board games, puzzles, and books, or just cuddle up on the large sectional to watch a movie.
Convenient location just 10 minutes from Bandera’s Main Street and access to the Medina River. Located in the middle of the hill country less than an hour from the best state parks, the unique city of San Antonio, and dozens of lake and river access points.
All 5 bedrooms are on the same level. The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms down its own hallway and has an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful soaking tub, as well as a separate door to the backyard. The other 4 bedrooms, each with their own closet space, share 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower combo. Room-darkening curtains keep each room cool and allow for sleeping in. The kids (or kids at heart) in the group will have a blast with the toys available in the bunk rooms. Bring the whole family to enjoy everything Bandera’s Big Blue has to offer!
