Cancellations between 30 and 59 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, less the non-refundable fees. No refund is given for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival. There will be no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or for leaving the home due to mechanical failure of non-essential items.
