Summary: Their online pictures of the property looks great but once you get there it’s a different story. The inside of the hotel once inside looks clean enough but once you start looking around everything is grimy. The carpet in the bedroom floors felt gross there was dust everywhere and there were hairs around the bed. The bed was so uncomfortable our backs hurt every night and the pillows were basically flat as paper. We didn’t get a fitted sheet just a top sheet so every time we woke up the middle of the night we could feel the bed all wrinkled underneath us. The “upgraded room” is not worth paying for the kitchen, because you barely get a fridge and forget about a freezer. Hey, for near 1,000 you get to be woken up every morning at 6 am because of all the alarms. The alarm in the room next to us would go off every morning without it being turned off. And you get to hear all your neighbors because the walls are paper thin! Yay! The only nice thing was it’s so close to the beach and all the shops. We ended up leaving a day early from our anniversary trip beach we were so uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk was nice but, the management was completely unhelpful and yet to respond to any of our complaints. Literally stay anywhere else nearby.
