First floor rental located a short walk, about 250 yards, to the beautiful beaches and amazing waters of St Joseph Bay and 2 miles from Mexico Beach. The property has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and a smart tv. The cozy second bedroom has queen size bed and a smart tv. The partially open living and kitchen area allows space to relax and enjoy your time away from the pristine waters. There is one bath located next to the two bedrooms. There is also a queen pullout sofa in the living room area, if more space is needed. There are no steps in the unit. You can also enjoy the outdoor patio area that includes a picnic table, chairs, grill, and outdoor shower. Large outdoor space to enjoy playing games or letting the the kids burn off some energy. An outdoor fire pit is also available. There is lots of parking for vehicles and boats. The rental is the first floor only. Summary: Property Owner is an amazing host. He was very knowledgeable about the area and enabled us to do activities everyday. The house was extremely clean and had any amenities you would need already provided! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and we will definitely be coming back again to stay here!
