It has a king size bed in the master bedroom for 2 along with a Jacuzzi tub, then 2 double beds in the second bedroom accommodating two more persons in each bed, giving you room for four more, then a full size sleeper sofa in the living room for two more. The unit is fully equipped for cooking with a full size kitchen complete with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, glassware, silverware, and full size refrigerator. There are flat screen televisions in each bedroom plus in the living room.
