Summary: The unit was dirty. I immediately contacted the host. Dust everywhere. The headboard is velvet and there was dust piles all across the top. The extra blankets in the closet had hair. The floors were sticky and you could hear it with each step. The biggest problem was the rusty shower head. It was disgustingly dirty. I used a rag to wipe some debris and it looked like it had never been cleaned. I’m surprised no review mentioned the lack of cleanliness. This is when I messaged the host for a full refund and a manager stopped by immediately. He was kind and did fix the issues I mentioned. However, there were still more issues that I found throughout my 3-night stay. All baseboards were dusty. In the bedroom, the bathroom, the hallway, the living room, the bedroom nightstand and the paintings that are hanging in the living room. Thick layer of dust. It truly seems like they don’t deep clean. Under the bed, I found a gum wrapper and other debris so they must not be vacuuming under the bed either. I do not recommend this place. It is not family friendly either. The dining table is all glass and dangerous for a young child to be around. They do have a kitchen and provided pans and utensils. I found hair in the fridge. There was also an old used sponge. Lack of basic cooking essentials, such as cooking oil or salt&pepper. The building was also an inconvenience. Floor 9 of 16 with 1 working elevator by parking garage. Smelly hallways and thin walls. Could hear unit above.
