This lower level unit features WiFi internet, flat screen TV, DVD, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironingboard.
This studio is located approximately one mile away from the main amenities.This property does not have a water view. There are no laundry facilities. Rented golf carts cannot be taken to this unit.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

Summary: The apartment was great and very clean. Everything you needed for 2 people. However, the check in process was a bit annoying how we had to go to the main office of the resort to get our check in information. There was an apartment above us and their dog barked for the first 2 hours when we got there. Then you could hear people walking around until they went to bed. We were able to connect to the Wi-Fi for the room but it didn't seem to work. There is also no cell phone service in the area. Overall it was OK..
