The living and dining area is surrounded by sweeping floor to ceiling windows so that you can enjoy the view almost as well indoors as out on the deck. A combination of window tinting and blinds make it easy to control light and heat in the spacious living area.
The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. The stove was replaced with a new ceramic top range. The dishwasher and washer/dryer appliances were replaced in December, 2014. There is new fresh paint and a beach vibe to this unit without being over-decorated. Cabinets are well stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses and tableware. The open & airy kitchen as large counters to give you space for extensive food preparation. The dining table has space for everyone, there is a mounted flat screen TV in the living room for entertainment.
This unit has 3 comfortable King bedrooms with cable TV, full private bathrooms. Enjoy sunrises each morning from your Oceanfront master bedroom, which has a king size bed, it's own private balcony, and a dressing area separate from the bathroom. The second bedroom opens up to water views off of the sundeck and is just steps away from the private hot tub. It also has a king size bed and large walk in closet. The third bedroom has a king size bed and custom built cabinetry.. There is one roll away bed in addition to the sofa sleeper available. All bedrooms have direct access to full bathrooms, with closets.
There is, of course, WiFi internet access throughout the condo. There are two parking spaces per unit at Surfmaster.
Garden City is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions, and over 90 excellent golf courses. The outstanding Conch Cafe is a short walk.
