Welcome to our 2 bedroom fenced in home, perfect for your kids or pets. Located just 3 miles to Downtown Greenville , close to shopping centers and other top destinations, May not be the most modern home but you won't beat the price and is cleaned and sanitized from doorknobs to bathroom even the tv remote. Families, those on business trips work or pleasure, pet parents, or even solo travelers are welcome to enjoy this home.
The space
This is a single level home with 2 steps at the front entrance and 2 steps at the back. The place comes with 2 bedrooms, master's bedroom with a queen size Serta bed and 2nd bedroom with a full-size Sealy bed. All linens and memory foam cooling pillows are new. Some books and toys available for kids in the 2nd bedroom.
* Relax at the Living room featuring 50'' smart tv with Roku and Wi-Fi. We uses a couch cover not just for couch protection but also for sanitary purposes.
* Bathroom -Clean and sanitized. Available Shampoo/ conditioner and organic bath soap, hair drier and clean towels.
* Washer / Drier and a place to hang wet towels and also laundry basket.
Also available for your use: mop, broom and dustpan
*Kitchen- electric cooktop/full size oven, refrigerator/ freezer and microwave.
Toaster, pots pan coffee maker, including coffee, creamer, tea bags, sugar, and some spices for cooking.
Plates, glasses, wine glasses cups utensils, cutting board, dish drainer.
*Relax at our covered front porch while sipping coffee or watching your fur babies playing in the fenced yard or watching the sunset.
Other things to note
If you have pets, please clean after them and please make sure they don’t damage the furniture. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Please don't leave your pets alone in the house or in the yard as they may be able to jump from the fence or dig under it and we are not responsible if that happens. Dog plate available but We don’t provide dog bed so please bring one with you.
