This is a Spanish style house that was torn down to the foundation and studs and rebuilt in 2015 from the bottom up as a new, Modern Spanish Smart Home.

Summary: A week to remember! Josh and Mackie are wonderful hosts, very communicative extraordinarily helpful and so gracious. The house is in a perfect location on a lovely quiet street and the backyard is an absolute oasis in the city. Perfect place for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. Stunning. The house was immaculate and super organized with every amenity one would need. The only difficult part of our stay was leaving this gorgeous home. We can’t wait for another opportunity to visit.
