Sea Pines vacation rentals don’t get better than this one! This home has the "WOW" factor! 47 Lands End was completely renovated, sparing no expense or touches! Every single inch of this home has been renovated and updated beyond belief! Hard wood flooring, fresh beautiful paint, artwork throughout, new furniture, bedding, deck furniture and so much more!
As you walk into this home your breath is taken away by the views of the Sound and stunning interior, with its open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and soft, coastal tones. To your right is the kitchen that has all custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, beautiful white quartz countertops and an island with 3 bar stools for cooking, entertaining or just having a quick meal. The kitchen opens up to the open dining area, which seats 8 comfortably and has a dry bar. The living room has plenty of seating with a sofa, love seat and accent chair, as well as, a whole additional sitting area designed with the furniture facing the Sound and the expansive deck. There is a dark wicker patio sofa, 2 rocker chairs with ottomans and a glass table that seats 4.
On the other side of the sliding glass doors is the outside deck that has 2 different levels; the lower level has 2 lounge chairs and the Weber gas grill and leads to the path to the beach, the upper level has a dark wicker patio sofa, 2 rocker chairs with ottomans, 2 lounge chairs and a table that seats 8. This is the perfect place to enjoy watching the sunset right before your eyes!
The master suite is located on the 1st floor overlooking the Sound through the amazing wall of windows. There is a king bed, accent chair and TV. The en-suite bathroom is completely renovated in white tiles, soft grays and a beautifully designed tile floor. There are two vanities and a walk-in shower. Down the hall there is a bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, an accent chair and small mounted TV.
As you head up the stair case, at the very top is the most amazing and unique feature, a desk with a faux window above it that has a live video streaming of the Sound in the back yard! It is spectacular! If you watch it long enough, you will see the water moving and shimmering in the sunlight, birds in flight and if you're lucky enough you may even see a dolphin pod frolicking in the Sound. On this floor are the remaining 2 bedrooms, a king which has a wall of windows that overlooks the Sound and deck and the other twin bedroom that is on the left side of the stairwell. The laundry room is also upstairs for your convenience and offers an Electrolux front loading washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have private baths each with walk-in showers.
47 Lands End is the ideal beach rental with amazing views of the Calibogue Sound. You can watch the kayaks glide by and observe dolphins playing in their natural habitat. An on-site pool just for the Lands End guests is only a quick walk away.
