Summary: I want to express how much my family and I enjoyed our stay. Tammy reached out early in the day and provided the necessary information needed to check-in. When we arrived, the condo was exactly as pictured. What the pictures cannot do is tell you how comfortable ALL of the beds are. I’ve stayed in this community several times before due to location to shops and grocery stores. This has been the best unit managed and maintained, thus far. Clear instructions to access wifi and other rules were provided which I appreciate a great deal. Please do not make the mistake I did by parking in the spots that are designated for OWNERS with a permit. One of the neighbors was kind enough to leave a note to inform me where I could park if I am not an owner. All in all, my family and I will book with Evolve/Tammy again. Hopefully I can get this same unit next year.
