Summary:
This cute little ranch bungalow in Taylors is newly renovated in the fall of 2022. We have several properties in Greenville and have over 100 reviews. We take our houses and make them perfect homes away from home. This particular home has everything you could want in a short stay. PLEASE NOTE: this is not a pet friendly property.
The Space:
The space consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. With a blended mid century modern vibe, the bedrooms have king beds and desks if you have work to get done while in town. The blue kitchen cabinets provide a fun splash of color for your stay. Butcher block counter tops look great against this blue.
Guest Access:
Access is contact free. We use electronic locks that are programmed to a personal code for each guest. We send codes 3 days prior to arrival. There are 3 steps to the front entry.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a quiet residential area and features cute and quaint 2 and 3 bedroom ranch homes. Taylors is just a few minutes north of downtown Greenville. Many national retailers have locations within 5 minutes from our house: Target, Publix, Starbucks, etc.
Getting Around:
In terms of location, the home is just off Wade Hampton Road. Literally dozens of restaurants and grocery stores are within 1 mile. 3 miles from Bob Jones University, 10 minutes to Taylors Mill, an awesome historic mill redevelopment project, and a lot more.
If you're visiting Downtown Greenville, it's a short 11-12 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
We are allergy friendly and our home does not allow pets. For those with pets, we encourage you to explore one of the many pet friendly properties in Greenville.

Camera disclosure: We have surveillance cameras on the exterior of property and they will remain on during your stay. The doorbell and some flood lights have cameras. No cameras exist indoors.
